How we handle your data

Current build: no data is stored or transmitted. There is no backend, database, or third-party chatbot provider configured. The FAQ assistant runs entirely in this browser and all enquiry, booking, consent, and handoff forms are disabled.

If enabled later: submitted data would be stored in IRP’s chosen system and processed by named providers to be confirmed, including the website hosting/CDN provider, email or CRM provider, and appointment scheduling provider. Whether data leaves Australia depends on those providers and must be confirmed before go-live.

Retention: To be confirmed with Linda before go-live.
